COMMITMENT　Eco-friendly technology & consideration for the community

Committed to providing the world with eco-friendly products, Tokusen also works to protect the environment at our production facilities and through other activities.
For example, before releasing wastewater from our production line, it is purified to a quality level in which fish can live. Some wastewater is routed through a recycling treatment facility for reuse within our factory.

In a sincere desire to show our appreciation for the blessings of our beautiful environment, in 2001 Tokusen acquired certification under ISO 14001.
We also try to express our gratitude to society through social contributions, including many voluntary activities by employees and interaction with the local community through various events.

Community Interaction

Sponsoring a Local Marathon Event

We will be sponsoring a local marathon event for 6500 people, hosted by Ono City. Our employees will also be joining in on the competition and supporting runners from all over Japan.

Community Sports Events

Our company gymnasium is opened to the public each week to allow local residents, from junior high school students to adults, to enjoy playing table tennis with Tokusen employees. There is  also active interaction with the local community through five different sports clubs.

In-Company Fundraising Activities

In addition to regular employee-initiated fundraising campaigns, funds are also collected at times of major disasters. Tokusen’s corporate policy of contributing to society has become thoroughly instilled in the hearts of each employee.

Hands-on Schooling

Through Tokusen’s participation in a Hyogo Prefecture-sponsored educational program, junior high school students visit the company to receive “hands-on” experience of working with our employees. This invaluable practical education has had an inspiring impact on both the students and employees.
